'Wiping clean': MLA Dinesh Rai plays "little joke" with former MP Neeta Pateriya's saree!

Dinesh Rai, a legislator from MP, wiped his hands off the former MP's saree at a public function on Wednesday.
Neeta slammed Rai for such a shameful act and has reported the matter with the BJP high command. "The MLA should maintain some dignity. I do not appreciate such behaviour. He may call me his sister-in-law, but he must keep his position in mind," she said.
Rai downplayed the incident saying it was a "little joke" between him and Neeta, who he called his sister-in-law. "From where else will I wipe off my hands. She is my bhabhi. For long she was asking me to hold many things. And for fun I told her that I will clean my hand. My palms actually were clean and it was all in jest. I did not touch her," he said.
The incident took place at a event held for farmers where Madhya Pradesh's Welfare and Agriculture Development Minister Gaurishankar Bisen was also present.
