Claim Process:

Prizes up to ₹1 lakh: Can be claimed at district lottery offices.

Prizes above ₹1 lakh: Must be submitted to higher authorities, such as the Directorate of State Lotteries.

Prizes above ₹20 lakh: Handled directly at the director level.

Required Documents for Claiming Prizes:

Completed application form

Self-attested copies of both sides of the winning ticket

Two passport-size photographs attested by a gazetted officer

Self-attested copy of PAN card

Valid identity proof (Aadhaar or voter ID)

Duly filled receipt form with a ₹2 revenue stamp affixed
