Indian cricket star Kuldeep Yadav is preparing to begin a new chapter in his personal life as he gets ready to marry Vanshika on March 14 in the scenic hill town of Mussoorie, located in Uttarakhand. The wedding celebrations will continue with a grand reception on March 17 at Hotel Centrum in Lucknow, where friends, family and several well-known personalities are expected to gather and celebrate the couple's special day.

The occasion is expected to attract a distinguished guest list, including officials from the Board of Control for Cricket in India, along with prominent names from the entertainment and business worlds. Several current and former members of the Indian cricket team are also likely to attend the reception to congratulate the newlyweds.

Wedding celebrations begin in Uttarakhand

The festivities will start on March 13 with pre-wedding functions in Uttarakhand, bringing together close relatives and friends in an intimate setting. The wedding ceremony itself is planned as a private event, allowing the families to celebrate the moment together away from the spotlight.

Kuldeep Yadav and Vanshika share a long-standing bond that grew stronger over the years before the couple officially announced their engagement on June 4, 2025, in Lucknow. Vanshika comes from a respected family, with her father working at Life Insurance Corporation of India, and both families have been actively involved in organising the upcoming celebrations.

Wedding follows memorable year for Kuldeep

The marriage was initially planned earlier but had to be postponed due to Kuldeep Yadav's cricket commitments. The spinner was selected in India's squad for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026, prompting the families to adjust their schedule.

The tournament turned out to be a memorable one for India, as the team defeated New Zealand national cricket team in the final at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad to lift the coveted trophy once again. Kuldeep Yadav played an important role throughout the competition, including a disciplined spell against Pakistan national cricket team, where he conceded only 14 runs in three overs and picked up a key wicket.
