Khera stated that the "Maharaja of Jaipur" mentioned in the email referred to Sawai Padmanabh Singh, son of Rajasthan's Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari. Padmanabh Singh's 20th birthday celebration in Rome in 2018 had earlier been widely reported and is already in the public domain.

The Congress leader questioned whether details related to the funding and organisation of the birthday event would be clarified, especially in light of the mention of an Epstein associate in the communication cited from the documents.
