With Love Movie Review: What's Good, What's Bad In Tamil Film?

It looks like filmmaker Soundarya Rajinikanth is finally ready to taste success as her movie With Love is garnering positive buzz.

The romantic movie, written and directed by Madhan, has stars Abishan Jeevinth and Anaswara Rajan in the lead roles. The movie has Harish Kumar, Kavya Anil, Sacchin Nachiappan, Theni Murugan, Saravanan and RJ Anandhi are part of the cast.

Sean Roldan has scored the music, Suresh Kumar has done the editing while Shreyaas Krishna's cinematography.

The Tamil movie will hit the screens on February 6. However, it had a premiere for select audience including cinephiles, movie influencers and film critics. Well, it has garnered positive response from the special show.

@Abishanjeevinth is here to stay, he has a warm screen presence and boy next door image. The way he has cried, laughed and danced in this film will make you connect with him. @AnaswaraRajan_ is the lifeline of the film, she has a wondrous role and totally bowls us over with her performance. And also Kavya Anil - remember the name, she will be the show stealer and a popular name after the release.

#WithLove feels lightweight in the first half with many entertaining school portions, but the emotional yet funny second half is my new favorite. Do catch this one in theatres, it's the perfect film for this love season.

Rajasekar: #WithLove - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best romantic dramas in the recent times. The film talks about of course love, but also about acceptance, understanding what your loved ones are longing for, accepting your own mistakes, and also trying to come to terms with your past regrets.

Despite heavy weight content, the film's execution remains light hearted throughout the first half. The emotional moments come in to play only in the second half and it works beautifully.

We have seen the school romance of boys / men in our film. Here too we see an entertaining school love story for
@Abishanjeevinth who is excellent in both emotional and comic situations. The scene where he breaks down and crying on the shoulders of his sister proves his capability as a performer . Comedy also comes quite handy for him.

There is also this endearing scene with Abishan revealing his long awaited love to his school crush where he and Kavya Anil just makes you grin as if you are meeting your childhood crush!

The real difference in With Love is the romantic episodes of #AnaswaraRajan .
@AnaswaraRajan_Back bench boys were portrayed in our films but this is the first time, we see back bench girls and their love lives. Anaswara is bold, beautiful and coming of age in the film. Her Tamil dubbing is cute and reminds me of the veteran Urvashi in many scenes.

Director @madhann_n is certainly a voice to watch out for in Tamil cinema. He hit it out of the park in his debut film 👍👍

And @RSeanRoldan is the lifeline of the film.
