Lalit Modi was previously married to Minal Modi, whom he wed in 1991. The couple remained together until Minal's passing from cancer in 2018.

Sharing the heartfelt video, Lalit Modi wrote, "Lucky once - yes. But I got lucky TWICE. When a 25-year friendship turns to LOVE. It happened twice.
