Kejriwal Announces 15 Guarantees: Will Delhi’s Voters Say Yes In 2025?
Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday announced seven guarantees in his latest campaign pitch ahead of the Delhi Assembly Elections 2025. He highlighted the Servant Registration Portal as the first guarantee, aimed at resolving staffing challenges at official residences. Kejriwal also promised to provide housing and introduce work rules for helpers if the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is re-elected in Delhi.
According to Kejriwal, the Servant Registration Portal will allow individuals to register their availability for employment, particularly when a staff member leaves or when a new one is needed. This, he said, would streamline the process and help match new officers with suitable staff members.

Kejriwal also promised to establish Mobile Mohalla Clinics to further improve healthcare access across Delhi.
Kejriwal stated, "I am announcing seven guarantees from AAP. The first is the Servant Registration Portal. If a staff member leaves or a new one is required, this portal will let people register their availability. Similarly, new officers looking for staff can find suitable matches through the portal. This will resolve staffing issues efficiently."
Earlier this week, Kejriwal had unveiled the party's manifesto, which contains 15 guarantees for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. The elections are set to take place on February 5, with results to be declared on February 8.
The 15 guarantees announced by Kejriwal include several key promises, some of which were part of his earlier proposals. They include:
- 100% employment in Delhi and addressing unemployment.
- Rs 2,100 per month for women under the Mahila Samman Yojana.
- Free health treatment for senior citizens through Sanjeevani Yojana at both government and private hospitals.
- Waiving incorrect and inflated water bills.
- 24x7 clean drinking water across Delhi.
- Clean Yamuna water.
- Repair of Delhi roads to European standards.

- Rs 18,000 for Hindu and Sikh priests.
- Free electricity and water for tenants.
