Delhi HC refuses to stay CAG audit of discoms

However, Justice Manmohan said: "CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General) will not submit its report till the next date of hearing." He posted the matter for March 19.

The three discoms - Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd, BSES Rajdhani and BSES Yamuna - supply power to consumers in Delhi.
They moved the high court challenging the CAG's authority to audit their finances.
