Uber has launched its Uber Pet service in Mumbai, allowing pet owners to travel with their furry companions easily, according to a Times Now report. After a successful introduction in Bengaluru last year, the service is now available in both Delhi and Mumbai, providing greater comfort and flexibility for pet-friendly rides.

Uber Pet is available through both on-demand and reserve options. This means pet owners can either book a ride instantly or schedule one in advance. According to an Uber official, the on-demand feature makes Uber Pet the most convenient way for pet parents to travel while ensuring their pets are always with them.

As per the same report, Shweta Mantri, Head of Rider Verticals at Uber India and South Asia, said, "Based on valuable feedback from pet parents, we are introducing the on-demand booking feature for Uber Pet, making it easier than ever to travel with pets."
