Mumbai's coastal regions will experience two high tides and two low tides throughout the day:
As per the tide forecast, the high tide in Mumbai is expected at 00:20 AM with a peak of 4.4 metres, followed by another high tide at 11:48 AM reaching 3.53 metres. The low tide will occur at 6:23 AM with a level of 1.81 metres and again at 5:58 PM when it will drop to 0.43 metres
Residents and visitors planning to visit the city's beaches should remain cautious during high tide timings to avoid any hazards.

The sun will rise at 7:11 AM and set at 6:12 PM. Those hoping to catch the last sunset of the year can head to Mumbai's iconic Marine Drive or Bandra Bandstand for a scenic view.

On January 1, the temperature is expected to range between a minimum of 17 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 35 degrees Celsius. Similar conditions will prevail on January 2, with temperatures dipping slightly to 16 degrees Celsius in the early hours and rising to 35 degrees Celsius during the day.
The weather on January 3 will remain consistent, with a low of 16 degrees Celsius and a high of 34 degrees Celsius. On January 4, the minimum temperature will increase slightly to 17 degrees Celsius, while the maximum will remain steady at 34 degrees Celsius. The trend will continue on January 5, with temperatures ranging from 17 degrees Celsius to 34 degrees Celsius under clear skies.
