Mumbai Local Train Services Alert: Check Out The Cancelled And Diverted Trains From July 29 To August 1
The Central Railway has announced a significant Power and Traffic Block for electronic interlocking work at Daund on X, formerly known as Tweeter, a move set to impact train operations across various routes.
The block will last for 80 hours, starting at 10:40 AM on Monday, July 29, and ending at 6:40 PM on Thursday, August 1. This crucial work aims to improve railway operations and enhance safety but will cause disruptions for passengers in the Mumbai region and beyond.

Train Diversions:
1. LTT-Vishakhapatnam Express (Train No. 18520)
This train will be diverted via Pune-Miraj-Kurduvadi, bypassing its usual route to facilitate the ongoing work.
2. CSMT-Bengaluru Udyan Express (Train No. 11301)
Passengers travelling on this train will experience a diversion via Pune-Miraj-Kurduvadi.
3. Nagercoil-CSMT Express (Train No. 16352)
This service will be diverted via Guntakal-Ballari-Hubballi-Miraj-Pune, affecting its normal travel path significantly.
4. Bengaluru-CSMT Udyan Express (Train No. 11302)
The train will be diverted through Kurduvadi-Miraj-Pune to ensure smooth completion of the interlocking work.
5. Chennai-Ekta Nagar Express (Train No. 20919)
It will take a diversion via Kurduvadi-Miraj-Pune.
Train Cancellations:
Panvel-Nanded Express (Train No. 17613)
Scheduled to run on July 29, this train has also been cancelled.
Short Originations:
Daund-Indore Express (Train No. 22943)
This train will commence its journey from Pune at 3:25 PM on July 29, rather than its usual starting point at Daund.
