- 4 peaches, peeled and sliced into 10ths
- ½ cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste

- Blender
- Saucepan

Procedure
