- 1 cup all-purpose bleached flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil for brushing the griddle

Procedure
