Lok Sabha Polls Predictions: How Many Seats Will BJP Win In Kerala? Check This Survey Report
The UDF, which won 17 out of 19 seats in 2019, is predicted to perform well in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, a survey said.
The Federal-Puthiyathalaimurai-Apt 2024 Pre-Poll Survey has claimed that the UDF will maintain its stronghold, albeit with a slight dip in vote share from 47.48 per cent to 46.98 per cent.

On the other side, the Left Democratic Front (LDF), which had bagged only 2 seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, is securing a projected vote share of 18.41 per cent compared to 32.05 per cent in 2019.
Notably, the BJP is poised to win 1 seat with an 8.11 per cent vote share. However, the party had garnered 13 per cent of the vote share but failed to secure any seats in the last general polls.
The BJP has been trying hard to gain a foothold in Kerala politics. However, the party did not taste much success. Interestingly, the survey indicated that it would do well in Tamil Nadu, where it had no or little presence.
The saffron party, which had failed to open its account in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, is predicted to win around 4 seats. More importantly, it is securing more votes than the established AIADMK party.
According to the survey, the BJP is expected to see an increase of 18.48 per cent in its vote share, reaching 3.71 per cent. The AIADMK, with its previous 18.72 per cent vote share, is projected to receive 17.26 per cent of the votes.
The survey has claimed that out of the 129 seats across the five southern states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, both the BJP and Congress are expected to secure an equal share of 32 seats each. This projection suggests a potential increase in seat share for both parties compared to their performance in 2019, with the BJP expected to rise from 29 seats and the Congress from 23 seats.
