According to the Kremlin, 11 individuals, including four suspected gunmen, have been arrested in connection with a shooting rampage that claimed the lives of 93 people in a concert hall near Moscow.

President Vladimir Putin was informed by FSB security service chief Alexander Bortnikov that among those detained were "four terrorists," and efforts are underway to identify their accomplices, as reported by AFP.
