Manhattan attack: ISIS note found

A note found in the truck at Manhattan claims that it was the handiwork of the Islamic State. Authorities are said to have found a note in the truck that mowed down civilians near the World Trade Centre stating that it was done in the name of the ISIS.

President Donald Trump tweeted that the incident "looks like another attack by a very sick and deranged person." In a later tweet, he wrote, "My thoughts, condolences and prayers to the victims and families of the New York City terrorist attack. God and your country are with you!"
