The Surrey Police received an emergency call at 8:46 am on June 7, reporting a shooting in the 900-block of 164 Street in Surrey, British Columbia. Upon arrival, officers found Yuvraj Goyal deceased. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) have confirmed that Yuvraj had no criminal record, and the motive for his murder is currently under investigation.

Suspects Arrested, Police Continues Probe
Four individuals have been arrested in connection with the shooting. The suspects are identified as 23-year-old Manvir Basram, 20-year-old Sahib Basra, and 23-year-old Harkirat Jhutty, all from Surrey, and 20-year-old Keilon Francois from Ontario. All four have been charged with first-degree murder as of Saturday.
Sergeant Timothy Pierotti of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) expressed gratitude for the diligent efforts of the Surrey RCMP, Air 1, and the Lower Mainland Integrated Emergency Response Team (IERT). However, he emphasized that more work is needed to uncover the reasons behind Yuvraj's targeted killing.
