Harvey Weinstein Pleads Not Guilty to New Sex Crime Charge Amid Ongoing Legal Battles

Harvey Weinstein entered a plea of not guilty to a fresh sex crime charge in New York. This development comes as he awaits a retrial in his significant #MeToo case. A judge recently permitted Weinstein to stay indefinitely in the prison ward at Bellevue Hospital instead of returning to Rikers Island jail complex's infirmary ward. This decision was made considering his health condition following the surgery.
