Gaurav Taneja Locked Out Of LinkedIn After Shark Tank India Post – Here's What Happened Next
Popular YouTuber and fitness entrepreneur Gaurav Taneja, also known as Flying Beast, has been locked out of his LinkedIn account, a reported by News 18. The social media personality took to X (formerly Twitter) to report the issue, stating that he has been unable to access his LinkedIn profile for over 48 hours.
"Hi team @LinkedInIndia. I have been locked out of my account for 48+ hrs now. Can you help me get the account back, please? Thanks, @LinkedInHelp," Taneja wrote.

Shark Tank India Controversy: Did His Post Trigger the Lockout?
The timing of the account lockout has raised eyebrows, as it comes just days after Taneja updated his LinkedIn bio with a self-deprecating remark: "Good Influencer/Terrible Entrepreneur." This was seen as a direct response to Shark Tank India judge Anupam Mittal's comment during Taneja's pitch, where he stated, "You are a good influencer but a terrible entrepreneur so far."
Taneja's Shark Tank India Pitch & Criticism from Sharks
Taneja recently appeared on Shark Tank India Season 4, where he pitched his fitness brand, Beast Life, seeking ₹1 crore for 1% equity. However, none of the sharks made an offer, as reported by News18.
After the episode aired, Taneja took to LinkedIn to share his experience, revealing that some sharks advised him to shut down his YouTube channels and focus entirely on his business. "Shut down your YouTube and go all in on one business. That's the advice I got from some Sharks on Shark Tank India," he wrote.
One of the sharks reportedly questioned his commitment, suggesting that his YouTube earnings would distract him from growing his business. Taneja, however, dismissed this notion and responded confidently, "Yes, I will continue YouTube." He admitted feeling hurt by the sharks' criticism but stood by his decision.
Taneja's Response: Taking a Dig at Anupam Mittal?
In his LinkedIn post, Taneja subtly called out Anupam Mittal's company, Shaadi.com, by comparing its 125,000 social media followers to the 127,000 followers his Beast Life brand gained in just eight months.
"The rules of entrepreneurship are evolving. Maybe it's time to explore and break traditional moulds," he added, suggesting that the conventional approach to business may not always apply to digital creators like himself, as per media reports.
