Elon Musk Declares On X: No Contributions To US Presidential Candidates
After meeting with Donald Trump, the presumed next presidential candidate for 2024, billionaire businessman and Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced on Wednesday.
He clarified that he has no intentions to donate money to either candidate for US President.

Elon Musk Clarifies His Stance On Donald Trump
"Just to be super clear, I am not donating money to either candidate for US President," Elon Musk said in a post on his social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter).
Days after reportedly meeting with Republican presidential candidate and former US President Donald Trump, as well as other potential donors of the party in Palm Beach, Florida, Elon Musk's tweet emerged. It was notably mentioned that the former US president resides in Palm Beach at his Mar-a-Lago club.
A report from The New York Times also suggested that Trump is seeking a substantial cash infusion for his re-election campaign for the upcoming November US presidential election. The report further indicated that Musk, who has evenly donated between Democrats and Republicans in past election campaigns, was involved in these discussions, as reported by India Today.
Interestingly, Musk's recent tweet coincided with Indian-American politician Nikki Haley suspending her presidential campaign following her defeat in 15 states across the US on Super Tuesday.
With Haley withdrawing from the race, Donald Trump becomes the sole nominee for the Republican Party in the upcoming presidential election. During her announcement to suspend her campaign, Haley expressed no regrets and congratulated her rival and former boss Trump, although she stopped short of endorsing him.
