Bitcoin Millionaire Hides $2 Million-Worth Secret Treasures Across US, Offers Clues In New Book
Treasure hunters have the opportunity to uncover up to $2 million worth of secret treasures, but they'll first need to solve a series of clues.
Bitcoin investor Jon Collins-Black has concealed five chests across the United States and published a book to guide people in their search.

Collins-Black spent the last few years assembling the chests, which contain treasures ranging from rare Pokémon cards to gold doubloons salvaged from shipwrecks. All that's required to start the hunt is the book 'There's Treasure Inside', which includes clues, puzzles, and maps to help adventurers on their quest.
"You don't have to be a genius to solve the clues. There's no grand cipher. If you have curiosity, imagination, and the willingness to try something new, you can find the treasures that I've hidden," Collins-Black said.
The chests also hold rare sports cards such as Michael Jordan's 1986 rookie card, a diamond and sapphire brooch once owned by Jacqueline Onassis, a fourth-century BCE Greek gold laurel, a coin designed and minted by Pablo Picasso, and a rare piece of lunar rock. To make things even more enticing, Collins-Black has also hidden a single Bitcoin, currently worth almost $100,000 and potentially increasing in value.
As for where the treasures are located, Collins-Black has reassured adventurers that none of the chests are in dangerous areas or on private land.
Each chest can be found within three miles of a public road. The idea for this treasure hunt came to him during the COVID-19 lockdown, and he hopes it will spark a sense of adventure in those who take part.
This is not the first time a millionaire has launched a treasure hunt, and it likely won't be the last. Now, the question remains: who will be the one to claim the treasure?
