A video has gone viral now, showing Shakib beating a fan amidst tight security, while he was surrounded by scores of people. The video has been shared multiple times on the social media.

The incident of him hitting a fan was from a promotional event. The incident has sparked outrage among fans and critics. The incident occurred at Chattogram, where a large crowd had gathered to catch a glimpse of the cricketing star.

Amidst the chaos, Shakib lost his cool and lashed out at the fan, while repeatedly hitting him with a cap. The incident was captured on camera and went viral quickly on the social media. The incident has drawn widespread condemnation.

Shaker's controversies are nothing news. Last month the president of the Bangladesh Cricket Board, Nazmul Hassan confirmed that there was a rift between Shakib and Tamim Iqbal, the two senior most members of the team.
