Tomato Price Takes A Major Dip: Check The List From Where To Buy
In an effort to provide relief from rising tomato prices, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, through the National Cooperative Consumers' Federation of India Limited (NCCF), has launched a market intervention initiative.
This program aims to stabilize retail market prices and protect consumers from the recent surge in tomato costs.

Tomato Price Takes A Major Dip
Union Minister of Consumer Affairs Pralhad Joshi announced the initiative during a tomato sales event organized by the NCCF in Delhi. He assured the public that the price of tomatoes would cool down in the next seven to ten days.
"As you can see, the prices have been gradually decreasing compared to last week. I believe that in seven to ten days, the prices will normalize. Until then, we will continue with this program," said the minister, as reported by PIB.
The Ministry of Consumer Affairs has taken proactive steps to ensure that profit margins remain reasonable at the retail level, preventing windfall gains for intermediaries and protecting consumer interests.
