Telangana, AP to boil at over 40 degree celsius for next 2 days
The Telangana state department on Thursday announced that temperature in every district of the state will remain more than 40-degree celsius. The meteorological department has also predicted the same temperatures for Andhra Pradesh for the next two days. The IMD had issued a three-day high-temperature warning to Telangana on Monday. The state's MET department has now extended the warning.

Hyderabad recorded a temperature of 40-degree celsius on Monday, following which the IMD had issued the warning. While temperatures climbed down on Wednesday in Hyderabad, it remained more than 40-degree celsius in other parts of Telangana. The situation is expected to remain the same in Rayalseema regions as well.
Similar warnings have been issued to Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat as well. Reports of two people losing their lives to heat wave emerged from Maharashtra on Thursday.
