Piyush Goyal Urges Naveen Goyal to Support Mukesh Sharma or Face BJP Exclusion
Union Minister Piyush Goyal urged BJP rebel Naveen Goyal, who is running as an Independent in the Gurgaon constituency, to back the party's candidate. He warned that failing to do so would result in permanent exclusion from the BJP starting Friday. During a public meeting at Sadar Bazaar, he emphasised support for BJP's Gurgaon candidate Mukesh Sharma.

The Union Commerce and Industry Minister highlighted the importance of Sharma's victory. He stated it would bolster Narendra Modi's position as Prime Minister for a third term. Goyal asserted that every local businessman, including Goyal and Garg, should support the BJP. He emphasised that the BJP is committed to serving all societal sections without bias.

Goyal criticised Congress, labelling it as deceitful, while praising Modi for fulfilling promises. He claimed the BJP ensures government jobs without corruption or favouritism. According to him, the Prime Minister has never sought to divide society. Goyal expressed confidence that Haryana would mirror the central government by electing a BJP administration for a third time.
He noted Haryana's history of aligning with the central government in power. Goyal expressed optimism about the BJP forming the state government again. "The Congress is a pack of lies while Narendra Modi does what he says," he remarked, underscoring Modi's reliability compared to Congress.
Goyal's remarks aimed to consolidate support for Mukesh Sharma and strengthen BJP's influence in Haryana. His statements were part of a broader strategy to ensure party unity and electoral success in both state and national contexts.
