Special Report | UP International Trade Show: A Global Platform For State's Products And Innovation
The second edition of the UP International Trade Show is being held from September 25 to 29 at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. And it seems, not just Uttar Pradesh, but the whole world is coming to Greater Noida to witness this gala 5-day event.
There was a time when Uttar Pradesh was labeled a 'BIMARU' state, but today it has become a symbol of development and new opportunities. The main objective of organising this trade show is to provide a global platform for products from across the state.

The trade fair is witnessing most crowd at the UP Smart Police stall and the Culture Ministry's stall, which features the captivating pictures of AI Ramayana.
Notably, representatives from over 80 countries are participating in this trade show, marking a significant step towards realising Prime Minister Modi's dream of a $5 trillion economy under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Here, artisans, start-ups, investors and buyers are all coming together on one platform.
This event also aims to help promoting the state's heritage, economy and tourism. The trade show is a testament to how Uttar Pradesh has transformed itself.
Once plagued by unemployment, crime and poverty, UP has now become a center of innovation and progress. Thanks to CM Yogi Adityanath's visionary policies, Uttar Pradesh is now leading the country's economic growth.
Union Minister Piyush Goyal, addressing the trade show, said that the Center and state together will set new examples of success. During this event, the Ambassador of Vietnam described the trade fair as a tool to strengthening India-Vietnam industrial relations.
The trade fair offers everything from educational and cultural stalls to clothing and home decor items, which are being appreciated by visitors. The theme of making Uttar Pradesh an 'Uttam and Udyam Pradesh' (Excellent and Entrepreneurial State) is prominently displayed at this fair.
This trade show proves that with the right leadership, challenges can be overcome to achieve success. With this, one can be assured of a bright future of Uttar Pradesh, which is playing a crucial role in realising India's dream of becoming a $5 trillion economy.
