PM Modi's Maharashtra Victory Speech: PM Says Congress Govt Betrayed People In Karnataka, Telangana, Himachal
Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed voters and party workers at Delhi headquarters after BJP-led Mahayuti registered a thumping victory in Maharashtra. NDA won 236 seats out of 288, with BJP emerging as the single-largest party winning 133 seats. Shiv Sena 57 seats and NCP Ajit Pawa bagged 41 seats.
In his speech, PM Modi said the people of Maharashtra elected a government that served in the past, made social welfare schemes, and has a vision and good intention to serve the common man. PM said that Congress betrayed voters in Karnataka, Telangana, and Himachal Pradesh. He also hit out at Aam Aadmi Party saying Punjab will also face similar issues.

PM further said Congress spreaded lies and tried to divide people in the name of caste and categories. But the people of Maharashtra have given a significant message to the Opposition's INDIA bloc.
He stated, "Only one Constitution will work in the entire country, that is the Constitution of Babasaheb Ambedkar, the Constitution of India." This statement underscores his commitment to a unified legal framework across India.
Article 370 and National Unity
The Prime Minister criticised Congress and its allies for attempting to reinstate Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. He asserted that Maharashtra has clearly rejected such efforts. According to Modi, no force globally can restore Article 370, reinforcing his stance on national unity.
Modi's comments reflect his broader vision for India's governance. By invoking Babasaheb Ambedkar's Constitution, he aims to unify the nation under a single legal system. His remarks suggest a firm rejection of any attempts to divide or create separate constitutional frameworks within India.
The Prime Minister's speech resonates with his party's long-standing position on Article 370. The abrogation of this article has been a significant achievement for his government. Modi's assurance that it will not return aligns with his commitment to maintaining India's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
In conclusion, Modi's address in Maharashtra serves as a reminder of his government's priorities. By focusing on constitutional unity and rejecting divisive politics, he seeks to strengthen India's democratic fabric. His message is clear: any attempt to undermine national unity will be met with resistance from both the government and the people.
