Pak PM Nawaz Sharif gifts “saree” to Narendra Modi's mother

The prime ministers of both the countries are gifting each other's mothers with shawl and saree.
When Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif visited India to attend Narendra Modi's swearing -in ceremony last month, then Modi had gifted a shawl to his mother, during talks at Hyderabad House.
Now, as a 'return gift', Sharif extended the gratitude by sending a white saree for PM Modi's mother, Heeraba.
On Thursday, PM confirmed the news by posting a tweet from his account:
Sharif's daughter Maryam Sharif thanked the Indian PM for gifting a beautiful shawl to her grandmother.
In her Twitter handle @MaryamNSharif, she said that her father was so impressed by the gesture that he delivered the shawl personally to his mother.
During his conversation with Sharif, Narendra Modi came to know that Sharif visited his mother once in a week though he stayed in Islamabad.
Reports were rife that Sharif and his mother were touched by the pictures of Narendra Modi and his mother after he went back to seek her blessings after the poll results.
Nawaz Sharif, along with other leaders of SAARC nations as well as Mauritius, had accepted Modi's invitation to attend his impressive swearing-in ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan on May 26 and made a two-day visit to New Delhi.
However, Twitter has been abuzz with Sharif's saree gift to Modi's mother. Here are some hilarious and bizarre reactions:
