Lok Sabha elections 2024: Chandrababu Naidu Meets Amit Shah, JP Nadda In Delhi, TDP All Set To Rejoin NDA

Lok Sabha elections 2024: The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) is all set to rejoin the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024. TDP chief and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP national president JP Nadda in Delhi.

The reports suggest that an alliance has been finalized between TDP and Pawan Kalyan's newly launched Koninti Pavan Kalyan (KPK) and now the TDP chief has met BJP top brass to join NDA. Pawan Kalyan was also present during the meeting.

The reports said the BJP is demanding 7 to 8 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh, but the TDP is proposing 5 to 6 seats. It is said that seat sharing for Andhra Pradesh will be announced in a day or two, where top representatives from all three parties will be present.

It is expected that TDP-KPK-BJP will do a joint rally in Guntur on March 17 To woo the voters for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024.

Shedding light on the latest political development, MP Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar said, "Our party national president N Chandrababu Naidu had a meeting with Amit Shah and JP Nadda along with Pawan Kalyan and came to an understanding that TDP is joining NDA and JanaSena is already part of NDA and will contest the upcoming 2024 elections in Andhra Pradesh in alliance..."
