Delhi Police Capture Lady Don Annu Dhankar Linked to Burger King Murder Case
A 19-year-old linked to gangster Himanshu Bhau has been detained by Delhi Police. The arrest is related to a murder at a Burger King in Rajouri Garden, west Delhi. An officer disclosed this information on Friday. Annu Dhankar, known as Lady Don, was caught near the Indo-Nepal border in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. She had been avoiding arrest since the June 18 incident.

Dhankar, from Rohtak, Haryana, was involved in the killing of Aman at the Burger King outlet. Deputy Commissioner of Police Special Cell Amit Kaushik confirmed her involvement. On June 18, around 9:30 pm, three men arrived at the restaurant on a motorcycle. While one stayed outside, two entered and fired 20-25 bullets at Aman, who was with a woman inside.
Investigation and Arrest
During the investigation, it was found that Dhankar had lured Aman through social media. She was with him at the eatery when he was shot. On October 24, police received information about her presence near the Indo-Nepal border in Lakhimpur Kheri. She was tracked down and arrested there.
In questioning, Dhankar admitted to being friends with Himanshu Bhau and Sahil Ritolia. They promised her a visa and other documents to move to the USA for a luxurious life. Her name also surfaced in connection with a shooting at Matu Ram Halwai Shop in Gohana.
Events Leading to Murder
On June 18, Dhankar informed Bhau that Aman would meet her at Burger King. After Aman's murder, she returned to her Mukherji Nagar PG to gather her belongings. She then traveled from ISBT Kashmiri Gate to Chandigarh and later to Katra via Amritsar.
She stayed at a guest house in Katra until Bhau instructed her to leave. She then traveled by train to Jalandhar and took a bus via Chandigarh to Haridwar. After staying in Haridwar for a few days, she moved on to Kota.
Escape Plan and Capture
Bhau sent her money through a money exchange shop during this time. On October 22, Bhau told her the situation had calmed down and advised her to leave the PG. He suggested she could travel to the USA via Dubai.
Bhau directed her to go to Lakhimpur Kheri for crossing into Nepal but she was apprehended before she could escape. The police's timely intervention prevented her from fleeing the country.
The arrest of Annu Dhankar marks a significant step in solving the murder case. Her capture sheds light on the network of individuals involved and their plans for evading justice.
