JNU row: Now, Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi comes out in Umar Khalid's support
New Delhi, Feb 23: After Swara Bhaskar said he's not a terrorist, another Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi has come out in support of JNU student Umar Khalid, facing arrest in connection with a sedition case for raising anti-India slogans.
The Bollywood actress came out in support of the JNU student and even shared Khalid's video appealing countrymen to hear what he has to say. (Who is Umar Khalid whose story has many hits and misses?)

"Umar Khalid was my junior in school..been following his witch hunt closely https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=G9K8ZM_6Tc4 ... India hear what this student has to say," tweeted Qureshi.
Khalid is among the students, who are being looked out by police in connection with an event at JNU against hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru during which anti- national slogans were allegedly raised. Khalid and others resurfaced in the JNU campus on Sunday night and are daring Delhi Police to arrest them.
Earlier, Bollywood actress Swara Bhaskar, a JNU alumnus, had written an open letter to Umar Khalid, and said, "No, you are not a terrorist Umar Khaled, you are a radical and an idiot with poor judgement of what to say where, but you do NOT deserve to be jailed, tortured or killed for that."
