CISCE 2024 Results: 2.42 Lakh Students Pass ICSE Class 10 Exams, 98,088 In ISC Class 12
The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has declared the much-awaited results for Class 10 (ICSE) and Class 12 (ISC) examinations held in 2024.
In the ICSE Class 10 exams, 243,617 students sat for the test, comprising 130,506 boys and 113,111 girls. Out of these, 242,328 students successfully passed, achieving an impressive pass percentage of 99.47 per cent.

In the ISC Class 12 exams, a total of 99,901 students appeared, with 52,765 boys and 47,136 girls. Among them, 98,088 students passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 98.19 per cent.
The ICSE examination covered a broad spectrum of subjects, including 60 written subjects, with 20 falling under Indian languages, 12 under Foreign languages, and 1 under classical language.
In the ICSE (Class X) Year 2024 Examination, a total of 2,695 schools participated, with 82.48 per cent (2,223) of them achieving a 100 per cent pass rate. On the other hand, for the ISC, 1,366 schools took part, and 66.18 per cent (904) of them achieved a 100 per cent pass percentage.
In terms of gender performance in the ICSE exams, girls outperformed boys, with a pass percentage of 99.65 per cent compared to boys' 99.31 per cent. Similarly, in the ISC exams, girls achieved a pass percentage of 98.92% per cent, while boys achieved 97.53 per cent.

- Your scores will be displayed on the screen.
- Important Note: Scores will also be accessible through DigiLocker for added convenience.
Exam Schedule Update:
While the ICSE and ISC exams were initially scheduled to run from February 21 to April 3, unavoidable circumstances necessitated a slight revision. The Class 12 Chemistry paper originally scheduled for February 26 was postponed to March 21. Similarly, the Class 12 Psychology exam faced a delay and was conducted on April 4 instead of the planned date of May 27 due to a reported missing question paper at an exam center.
Post-Result Options:
CISCE will provide students with the opportunity to apply for re-checking and re-evaluation of their marks after the results are officially declared. Stay tuned for further updates on the CISCE website.
