JP Nadda to Assess Delhi BJP's Election Preparations Ahead of February Assembly Polls
JP Nadda, the BJP chief, will evaluate the Delhi unit's election readiness on Thursday. He plans to meet with the state election committee and other related panels, according to party leaders. The Delhi Assembly elections, comprising 70 seats, are scheduled for February 5, with vote counting set for February 8.

The BJP president aims to assess the campaign's progress and gather ground-level feedback during his meeting with the election committee and other panels. A senior Delhi BJP official shared this information on Wednesday. So far, the BJP has announced candidates for 29 out of the 70 constituencies.
Election Preparations and Candidate Announcements
The remaining 41 candidates are expected to be revealed by this weekend, as per party leaders. Meanwhile, the BJP has yet to release its manifesto for the assembly elections. In contrast, both the ruling AAP and Congress have already made their poll promises public.
The Congress has pledged a Rs 25 lakh health insurance scheme if they win power in Delhi. A senior leader from Delhi BJP mentioned that their manifesto is nearly complete and will soon be sent for approval by the national leadership. It is anticipated to be announced in a few days.
Campaign Strategy and Poll Committees
To manage various campaign-related tasks and activities, the BJP has established over 45 poll committees. These committees are responsible for handling different aspects of campaigning and ensuring smooth operations during the election period.
The BJP's strategic approach involves thorough preparation and coordination among its various committees to maximise their effectiveness in the upcoming elections. This comprehensive strategy aims to strengthen their position in the Delhi Assembly elections.
As preparations continue, all eyes are on how these efforts will translate into electoral success for the BJP in Delhi. The party's focus remains on finalising its candidate list and manifesto to present a strong front against its competitors.
