AIIMS Recruitment 2025: Apply For Junior Resident Jobs And Earn A Competitive Salary; Details Inside

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced online applications for the position of Junior Resident for the January 2025 session, according to an NDTV report. The last date to submit applications is January 20 by 5:00 PM.

AIIMS Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have completed their MBBS/BDS (including Internship) or an equivalent degree recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or Dental Council of India (DCI). To be eligible, candidates must have completed their MBBS/BDS between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2024. Only those who meet this condition will be considered for the Junior Resident posts.

Before joining, selected candidates must have valid DMC/DDC registration. Applicants who have previously had their Junior Residency terminated due to unauthorised absence or other disciplinary issues are not eligible to apply. Additionally, those who have already completed three terms of Junior Residency, whether at AIIMS or other institutions, will not be considered for the role. Experience in Army Services, Central Health Services, Private Nursing Homes, or Private Practice is considered equivalent to Junior Residency.

AIIMS Recruitment 2025: Security Deposit And Salary

Applicants are required to pay a security deposit of Rs 25,000 via electronic fund transfer to complete their registration. Only those who have paid the deposit will be eligible for seat allocation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the completion of all counselling rounds.

The salary for the Junior Resident role is Rs 56,100 per month (according to Level 10 of the pay matrix) along with other usual allowances.
