For this post man, duty comes first even if the world falls apart
Commitment is what differentiates the good from the average. And commitment is an inner trait that can't be taught.
In the above video, a postman in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, cared little for thick rainfall to stop him from delivering mail. The man waded through water on the streets caused by five to eight inches of rainfall to deliver the letters in his hand and returned only after completing his work. The postal service continued to give its service in the rain even as other businesses shut down and a local resident posted the picture of the mailman doing his duty defying the inclement weather. His name was not known though.

Duty indeed comes first.
