However, fans were puzzled, as Ranbir Kapoor and Sudeep are not known to be close, and there are no public images or videos of the two together.

The truth soon surfaced: the tweet was from a man who runs the account by the name Ranbir Kapoor. Moreover, the Bollywood star is not active on the platform, making it clear that the condolence message was fake.
