Urvashi Rautela Video Shocker: Actress Says Leak Was Done On Purpose
In a revealing chat with Bollywood Bubble, Urvashi Rautela shared details about a controversial scene from her film Ghuspaithiya that found its way onto the internet. She clarified that the scene's online appearance was a deliberate act, sanctioned by her, to address the film production's financial struggles. Urvashi elaborated on the decision, indicating that the film's creators were facing significant monetary issues, which led them to seek her consent for the early release of the bathroom scene in hopes of mitigating their financial woes.

Urvashi Rautela, in her discussion, shed light on the critical situation the Ghuspaithiya team was grappling with. She mentioned, "Unko kuch debt aa gaya tha, aur kuch udhari wagairah mein (They had some debt and were caught up in loans and such). They were about to lose everything." This desperate scenario prompted the makers to approach Urvashi and her team for assistance, which led to the decision to leak the scene as a strategy to draw attention and potentially alleviate their financial crisis.
The leak was not just aimed at garnering attention but also carried a message, as Urvashi pointed out. She emphasized that the intention behind the release was to convey a cautionary tale, particularly to young women, about being vigilant in certain circumstances. Highlighting that the leaked scene was part of the movie's original content, Urvashi dispelled any notion that it was crafted solely for the leak, underscoring the dual purpose of drawing attention and imparting an important message.
Furthermore, Urvashi Rautela's career trajectory continues to impress with her role in Ghuspaithiya, a crime drama that marks her foray into intense storytelling. Directed by Susi Ganesan, the film, which hit theaters on August 9, 2024, is a Hindi adaptation of the Tamil hit Thiruttu Payale 2 (2017). Alongside a talented cast including Vineet Kumar Singh, Govind Namdev, and Akshay Oberoi, Rautela's performance contributes to the film's allure.
Adding to her success, Urvashi's appearance in Daaku Maharaaj, despite facing critique for her role, particularly in the song Dabidi Dibidi, saw the film achieving remarkable box office success. Within just four days of its release, the film raked in over Rs. 100 crore globally, showcasing Urvashi's star power. Directed by Bobby Kohli, the film also stars Nandamuri Balakrishna, Bobby Deol, Shraddha Srinath, and Prakash Raj, further consolidating Rautela's status in the industry.
