In a surprising twist, India's renowned Sunburn Festival is bidding farewell to Goa's sandy shores and setting its sights on Mumbai. This shift has stirred both nostalgia and excitement among fans. The organisers announced on Instagram, "The announcement you have been waiting for! This December, Sunburn invites you into a world BEYOND REALITY – a festival shaped by light, colour, and rhythm." They added that Mumbai will host the festival for the first time, promising a larger scale and an elevated experience.

Sunburn Festival Moves to Mumbai in 2025

The dates are set for December 19, 20, and 21 in 2025. Tickets will be available on BookMyShow starting August 14, 2025. RuPay Credit Card holders can purchase tickets from noon on August 12, 2025. More details will follow soon.

Since 2007, Sunburn has brought DJs like DJ Snake, Martin Garrix, and David Guetta to India. While Sunburn has previously performed in Mumbai, this marks its first full relocation to the financial hub.
