Singham Again: Ajay Devgan Posing Next To Tanks, Thanks Kashmir Authorities For Cooperation

Ajay Devgan recently posted on Instagram pictures of him posing next to tanks and the police in Kashmir as part of the promotional material for his upcoming movie 'Singham: Again'.

Devgan also recorded a video thanking Kashmir's government and authorities for cooperation with the production of the film.

The movie was first officially announced by Rohit Shetty on his Instagram on 16 September, 2023. The image shows director Rohit Shetty on the right joining his hands in prayer. In the centre Ajay Devgan who's been the lead of all the previous Singham movies, playing the character by the same name, 'Bajirao Singham'. On the far left is Ranveer Singh, who played the lead in a similar cop action film, 'Simmba', playing the character 'Sangram Bhalerao', nicknamed 'Simmba'.

The caption for the post read "Singham, Singham returns, Simmba, Sooryavanshi... 12 Years ago, when we made Singham, we never thought that it would turn into a Cop Universe! Today, we begin filming Singham Again... the 5th film in our cop franchisee. ISME HUM APNI JAAN LAGA DENGE! BAS AAPKE PYAAR AUR DUA KI ZAROORAT HAI!"

A first look teaser was also posted on Ajay Devgan's Instagram, showing his character in the movie manifesting the spirit of a lion.

There have been several teasers for the film released on Rohit Shetty's Instagram for the movie, such as the reveal of one of the potential villains, played by Arjun Kapoor.

There have also been many first looks at the latest addition to the 'Singham Universe', Shakti Shetty, played by Deepika Padukone.

Though no details have been shared from official sources regarding the status of her shoot. Padukone is currently pregnant and expecting her baby to be born sometime in September 2024.
