Shah Rukh Khan’s Rs 8.7 Crore Deal: Two Duplexes For Three Years

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has just locked down two swanky duplexes in Mumbai's posh Pali Hill area, shelling out a whopping Rs 8.67 crore for a three-year lease. The deal was spotted in property docs dug up by Zapkey.com.

The duplexes are part of a building called Puja Casa, spread across the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors. The first one is rented from actor Jacky Bhagnani and his sister, Deepshikha Deshmukh, for Rs 11.54 lakh per month, with a security deposit of Rs 32.97 lakh.

The second duplex is leased from film producer Vashu Bhagnani for Rs 12.61 lakh a month, plus a Rs 36 lakh deposit. Both deals were officially registered on February 14, 2025, with a stamp duty of Rs 2.22 lakh and registration fees of Rs 2,000. Talk about a Valentine's Day splurge!

This isn't SRK's only real estate move lately. Back in December 2024, his wife, Gauri Khan, applied to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to add two more floors to the six-storey annexe behind their iconic Mumbai bungalow, Mannat. The plan was to expand the property by 616.02 sq. meters.

Plus, SRK's sea-facing apartment at Shree Amrit CHSL on Carter Road is reportedly up for redevelopment. The society is in talks with developers to revamp the 4,000 sq. meter plot, which includes three wings and over 45,000 sq. ft. of carpet area. Big changes are clearly in the works for the Khan family's property portfolio.

On the work front, SRK's last appearance was in Dunki (2023), directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The movie had failed to set the box office on fire. He's set to star in King, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, and guess what? He'll be sharing the screen with his daughter, Suhana Khan, for the first time ever. This father-daughter duo has already got fans super excited, making King one of the most talked-about films in a while.
