Say Sorry to Rhea Chakraborty: Dia Mirza Slams Media After NCB Clears Her in Sushant Singh Death Case
Bollywood actress Dia Mirza has called on the media to apologize for the harassment Rhea Chakraborty and her family endured after being named as co-accused in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has now closed its reports, finding no evidence of foul play.
Dia Mirza Calls Out Media Over Rhea's Treatment

Taking to Instagram, Dia Mirza questioned whether the media would "have the grace" to issue a public apology to Rhea Chakraborty. She accused the media of conducting a "witch hunt" for TRPs, causing immense distress to Rhea and her family. Sharing her thoughts, she wrote:
"Who in the media will have the grace to put out a written apology to Rhea Chakraborty and her family? You went on a witch hunt. You caused deep anguish and harassment just for TRPs. Apologise. That's the very least you can do. @rhea_chakraborty (red rose emoji)."
Sushant Singh Rajput's Death & CBI Investigation
Sushant Singh Rajput, a popular Bollywood actor, was found dead at the age of 34 in his Mumbai apartment. His postmortem report confirmed asphyxia due to hanging as the cause of death.
The CBI had been investigating two cases-one filed by Sushant's father, KK Singh, accusing Rhea of abetment to suicide and financial fraud, and another filed by Rhea against Sushant's sisters, alleging they provided him medication based on a bogus prescription.
Rhea had claimed that Sushant passed away just five days after taking the prescribed medicines. However, after an extensive investigation, the CBI found no evidence to support any allegations of wrongdoing or foul play.
