'Murder Mubarak' Teaser: Sara Ali Khan, Karishma Kapoor, Vijay Varma-Starrer To Release On Netflix On This Day
The OTT giant, Netflix, shares 'Murder Mubarak' release date with a teaser. The film boasts a stellar star cast, including Sara Ali Khan, Karishma Kapoor, Vijay Verma, Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra, and Suhail Nayyar, set to release on March 15 on Netflix.
The teaser of Murder Mubarak shows a perfect blend of suspense, comedy, and romance. Directed by Homi Adajania and produced by Maddock Films, the film marks an impressive adaptation of Anuja Chauhan's 'Club You To Death' from book to screen. The shooting for Murder Mubarak wrapped up in April last year.

In the brief video, Pankaj Tripathi's character, Bhavani Singh, seems to be delving into a murder investigation. He is closely observing seven potential suspects, namely Sara Ali Khan portraying a 'princess from South Delhi,' Vijay Varma as a 'dangerous lover from Chandni Chowk,' Karisma Kapoor embodying the 'enigmatic dream girl of suspense films,' Dimple Kapadia as the 'quirky, intoxicated artist,' Sanjay Kapoor, known as the 'regal figure,' Tisca Chopra as the 'enthusiastic gossipmonger,' and Suhail Nayyar as the 'life-of-the-party.'
Homi Adajania On Murder Mubarak
Director Homi Adajania said, "Murder Mubarak is a cinematic concoction of actors that are loved across genres and generations, and believe me, each one of them has done such a fab job in bringing these eccentric characters to life. This film possesses a binge-worthy magic that makes it a compulsive watch."
"It's a colourful murder mystery that will make you want to rewind and watch it over again when you wonder how you missed all the clues in this breadcrumb-laden whodunnit. And thanks to our collaboration with Netflix, with its international reach, it's like throwing the coolest, wackiest party, and the whole world is invited!" he added.
Karishma Kapoor On Her Return
Karishma Kapoor was last seen on the big screen in 2012 in the supernatural thriller 'Dangerous Ishhq' alongside Jimmy Sheirgill, Rajneesh Duggal, and Divya Dutta. When asked by ETimes last year why she opposed the idea of a comeback, she told the news agency, "Oh my God. The word comeback, honestly, should be packed and parcelled away. Let's not keep doing that to us actors."
She further adds, "You tell me when someone comes back to the office after a few years, is he or she making a comeback into the corporate world? He or she's just back to work. And people just behave normally with that person. I think that should be the way with actors as well, whether they're male or female. But especially for females. People tend to use the 'comeback' label too easily and too often."
