Karan Aujla's Concert Tickets In India: Gurgaon And Mumbai Shows Hit Rs 15 Lakh For VIP Access

Karan Aujla, who is quickly rising to prominence in the Punjabi pop music scene, is gearing up to kick off his highly anticipated tour across India. Recently, the ticket prices for his concerts were revealed on the popular ticketing platform, BookMyShow. Over the past few months, Indian audiences have witnessed performances from global stars such as Diljit Dosanjh, Maroon 5, Dua Lipa, and are eagerly anticipating Coldplay's show in January 2025. However, what stands out this time is Karan Aujla's tickets, which are proving to be the most expensive of all.

On BookMyShow, the ticket prices for Aujla's Gurgaon concert on December 19 have caught attention for their steep cost. The priciest ticket is listed at a staggering Rs 15 lakh, granting access for 15 individuals. The VIP package promises "8 luxury bottles, 2 premium champagne bottles, unlimited beers, energy drinks/mixers." This same price tag applies to his Mumbai show as well, making it clear that the VVIP Diamond pass comes at Rs 1 lakh per person-nearly double the cost of a similar pass for Diljit Dosanjh's Mumbai show on the same day, which is priced at Rs 60,000. For Karan Aujla's concert in Kolkata, a similar ticket is priced at Rs 3 lakh, while tickets for his shows in Jaipur and Hyderabad are available for Rs 6 lakh and Rs 6.5 lakh, respectively.

When compared to other artists, these ticket prices seem notably high. For example, Diljit Dosanjh's December 17 concert in Mumbai offered tickets with a maximum price of Rs 60,000 and the lowest at Rs 4,999. Even Coldplay's tickets, which are set to perform in Ahmedabad, are significantly lower, with the priciest ticket available for Rs 35,000 and the cheapest for Rs 2,500.

Maroon 5's recent concert in Mumbai also had a high-priced ticket at Rs 20,000, with the cheapest available at Rs 5,000. Similarly, Dua Lipa's Mumbai concert saw the most expensive ticket priced at Rs 45,000, and the least expensive at Rs 3,500.

However, Karan Aujla's ticket prices don't end there. The cheapest ticket for his Ahmedabad concert, scheduled for December 31, is priced at Rs 2,749, though the venue for this show is yet to be announced.

While Karan Aujla's ticket prices may be higher than those of his peers, it's clear that his growing fanbase and demand for exclusivity are driving these premium costs.
