Bigg Boss Tamil 8 Elimination: Jacquline Safe, This Inmate Evicted From Vijay Sethupathi's Show

The excitement in Bigg Boss Tamil 8, hosted by Vijay Sethupathi, took a sharp turn as another elimination loomed.

After Thursday's episode, Pavithra was saved, reducing the elimination pool to seven: Muthukumaran, Soundarya, Arun, Sathya, Anshitha, Dharsha Gupta, and Jacquline. As Saturday's episode unfolded, viewers were in suspense as Vijay Sethupathi did not save any contestant, putting everyone in the danger zone.

As per an online poll, Muthukumaran emerged as a fan favourite, taking 27.4% of the votes (114,962 votes). Soundarya was close behind, capturing 22.28% (93,484 votes). Despite her quiet demeanour, which some fans previously criticized, her strong polling performance surprised many.

Trailing these two, Arun secured third place with 11.03% (46,278 votes), followed by Sathya with 9.37% (39,321 votes). Dharsha Gupta and Jacquline were nearly tied in support, with Dharsha at 7.55% (31,687 votes) and Jacquline at 7.47% (31,354 votes). With such close margins, fans speculated Jacquline might be at risk of elimination. However, to everyone's surprise, Dharsha was the one sent home.

The season started with a bang, showcasing 18 diverse contestants, from celebrities like Ravinder Chandrasekaran and Gana singer Jeffrey to favourites like Deepak Dinkar and RJ Ananthi. The first shock came with the early elimination of Fatman Ravindar, setting a tone of unpredictability that has continued with Arnav's departure and now, Dharsha's.
