Siddaramaiah Net Worth: Karnataka Chief Minister Is Third Richest CM In India
According to a report by the Association of Democratic Reforms and National Election Watch, Kanataka CM Siddaramaiah is the thrid wealthiest chief ministers in India after Andhra Pradesh CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu, and Arunchal Pradesh's Pema Khandu.Naidu, from Andhra Pradesh, has assets worth Rs 931 crore. Khandu of Arunachal Pradesh holds Rs 332 crore, while Karnataka's Siddaramaiah possesses Rs 51 crore.
The report also highlights the financial status of other chief ministers. West Bengal's Mamata Banerjee, J&K's Omar Abdullah, and Kerala's Pinarayi Vijayan are identified as the least wealthy CMs. Their assets are valued at Rs 15 lakh, Rs 55 lakh, and Rs 1.18 crore respectively.

Liabilities Among Chief Ministers
In terms of liabilities, Pema Khandu leads with a staggering Rs 180 crore. Siddaramaiah follows with liabilities amounting to Rs 23 crore. Nara Chandrababu Naidu ranks third with declared liabilities of Rs 10 crore.
The combined assets of all Indian chief ministers total Rs 1,630 crore. On average, each CM has assets worth approximately Rs 52.59 crore. Additionally, their self-reported annual income averages around Rs 13.6 lakh.
Criminal Cases Against Chief Ministers
Siddaramaiah is fourth on the list for criminal cases filed against him, with a total of 13 cases. This count does not include the recent Muda site-allotment scam allegations. The CM facing the most legal challenges is Telangana's Anumula Revanth Reddy from Congress, who has 89 cases against him.
This analysis provides insight into the financial and legal standings of India's chief ministers. It underscores significant disparities in wealth and legal issues among them.
