Prajwal Revanna's Brother, Suraj, Arrested For Alleged Sexual Assault Of JD(S) Worker
Karnataka Police on Sunday arrested Janata Dal (Secular) MLC Suraj Revanna in connection with a sexual assault case. This adds to the ongoing controversies surrounding the Revanna family.
Suraj is the elder brother of Prajwal Revanna, who is currently under judicial custody over the leaked sex tapes case involving hundreds of women.

The case was filed by a JD(S) worker who accused Suraj of sexually assaulting him at a farmhouse on June 16, India Today reported.
The complaint, which was lodged at Holenarasipura police station, led to the registration of a case under section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which deals with unnatural sexual acts.
The complainant detailed that Suraj Revanna invited him to his farmhouse, where he allegedly kissed and bit the complainant's lips and cheeks before sexually assaulting him. Following the incident, Suraj reportedly tried to reassure the complainant via text, promising political support in the district.
In response, Suraj Revanna and his acquaintance Shivakumar filed a counter-complaint alleging blackmail by two individuals over a "false sexual assault allegation." Shivakumar claimed that one of the alleged blackmailers befriended him and sought his help in securing a job, ultimately leading to an introduction to Suraj during the Lok Sabha elections.
