Marathahalli Traffic Relief: Bengaluru Techies Check For New Traffic Rules Near KLM Fashion Mall
Bengaluru, the bustling metropolis known as the Silicon Valley of India, boasts a vibrant corporate landscape, attracting professionals from across the nation. However, amidst the city's charm lies a persistent challenge: traffic congestion. Long hours spent navigating through gridlocked roads have become a common frustration for Bengaluru residents.
In response to this issue, the Bengaluru Traffic Police has introduced new traffic regulations, particularly targeting the vicinity of the KLM Fashion Mall in Marathahalli. Under these updated rules, vehicles traveling towards Kundalahalli on the Outer Ring Road's service road are prohibited from making right turns.

Instead of turning right at this juncture, commuters are directed to take a left turn at the Marathahalli Bridge. From there, a U-turn can be made at the Tulasi Junction, facilitating access to Varthur Kodi and Kundalahalli. This rerouting aims to streamline traffic flow and alleviate congestion in the area.
Additionally, to address congestion at the Sumadhura Nandan Junction, three points within a 100-meter radius have been temporarily closed for trial purposes. This strategic measure aims to mitigate traffic bottlenecks caused by simultaneous vehicular movements. For commuters seeking access to Graphite India Road, a left turn at the junction from Garudacharpalya is now required.
