Karnataka Weather Update: Cold Wave Alert In THESE Districts, 2-3°C Drop In Temperature Over Next Two Days
The temperature has been decreasing in several districts of Karnataka, with the Meteorological Department issuing a forecast that, in the next two days, the minimum temperature in Bidar, Vijayapura, Dharwad, Haveri, and Raichur districts is expected to drop by 2-3 degrees Celsius.
In the remaining districts of North Interior Karnataka, there hasn't been much change in the minimum temperature. However, over the next five days, a gradual increase in the minimum temperature is expected. In one or two places in North Interior Karnataka, dense fog is likely. In the next two days, the minimum temperature in Chikkamagaluru, Mandya, and Mysuru districts is expected to be 2-4 degrees Celsius below normal. In the other districts of South Interior Karnataka, no significant change in the minimum temperature is expected.

Vijayapura has recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 10.9 degrees Celsius. At HAL, the maximum temperature recorded was 27.6°C, with a minimum of 15.5°C. In the city, the maximum temperature was 28.6°C, and the minimum was 16.2°C. At KIAL, the maximum temperature was 29.8°C, and the minimum was 13.2°C. At GKVK, the maximum temperature was 26.4°C, and the minimum was 13.8°C.
In Karwar, the maximum temperature recorded was 35.6°C, with a minimum of 18.5°C. In Mangaluru, the maximum temperature was 31.8°C, and the minimum was 22.0°C. In Panambur, the maximum temperature was 32.2°C, and the minimum was 22.1°C.
In Belagavi, the maximum temperature recorded was 29.0°C, and the minimum was 14.5°C. In Bidar, the maximum temperature was 29.0°C, and the minimum was 12.5°C. In Vijayapura, the maximum temperature was 30.4°C, and the minimum was 10.9°C. In Bagalkot, the maximum temperature was 30.2°C, and the minimum was 13.2°C. In Dharwad, the maximum temperature was 29.0°C, and the minimum was 11.4°C.
In Gadag, the maximum temperature was 30.9°C, and the minimum was 12.6°C. In Kalaburagi, the maximum temperature was 32.5°C, and the minimum was 17.2°C. In Haveri, the maximum temperature was 30.4°C, and the minimum was 12.0°C.
