Bengaluru Air Show 2025: Heavy Vehicles, Private Buses Banned On Bellary Road from Mekhri Circle to MVIT Cross
Aero India 2025, Air Show Bangalore: Aero India 2025 air show is set to take place at Yelahanka Air Force Base from February 10 to 14. The event will be inaugurated by Union Minister Rajnath Singh at 9 AM on February 10 (Monday). Several national and international dignitaries, along with thousands of spectators, will participate in this prestigious event.

To ensure smooth traffic flow, the Bengaluru Traffic Police has imposed several restrictions, including vehicle movement regulations, lane changes, and parking bans on key roads in the city. The police have shared the details through social media platform X.
Traffic Restrictions
From February 10 to 14, between 5 AM to 10 PM, the movement of lorries, trucks, private buses, and other heavy goods vehicles will be prohibited on the following routes:
Mekhri Circle to MVIT Cross, on Bellary Road
Goraguntepalya via Hebbal to Hennur Cross
Nagawara Junction to Rewa College Junction
Hesaraghatta, Chikkabanavara towards Bengaluru
One-Way Traffic System
Nitte Meenakshi College Road: One-way from east to west
Bangalore Main Road: One-way from west to east
Parking Arrangements
Free Parking: Available at GKVK campus
Adva Parking: Entry through Gates 8 and 9 (Paid parking)
Domestic Parking: Accessible via Gate No. 5 (Paid parking)

For Vehicles Coming from Bengaluru East towards Adva Parking:
Take a right turn at K.R. Pura-Nagwara Junction → Left at Thanisandra → Narayanpura Cross → Telecom Layout → Right at Jakkur Cross → Yelahanka Bypass → Yelahanka Coffee Day → Palanahalli Gate Service Road → Left at Ford Showroom → Meenakshi College Road.
For Vehicles Coming from Bengaluru East towards Domestic Parking:
K.R. Puram → Hennur Cross → Kothanur → Gubbi Cross → Kannur Vagalur Bagalur Layout → Rajak Palya → Vidyanagar Cross → Hunasamaranahalli.
For Vehicles Coming from Bengaluru West towards Adva Parking:
Goraguntepalya → BEL Circle → Gangamma Circle → M.S. Palya Circle → Unnikrishnan Road → Mother Dairy Junction → Left at Unnikrishnan Junction → Doddaballapura Road → Right at Nagenahalli Gate → Harohalli → Right at Gantaganahalli Circle.
For Vehicles Coming from Bengaluru West towards Domestic Parking:
Goraguntepalya → BEL Circle → Gangamma Circle → M.S. Palya Circle → Unnikrishnan Road → Mother Dairy Junction → Left at Unnikrishnan Junction → Doddaballapura Road → Right at Rajanukunte → Adviganahalli → Thimmasandra → M.V.I.T. Cross → U-turn at Vidyanagar Cross → Hunasamaranahalli.
For Vehicles Coming from Bengaluru South towards Adva Parking:
Mysore Road → Nayandanahalli → Chandra Layout → Goraguntepalya → BEL Circle → Gangamma Circle → M.S. Palya Circle → Mother Dairy Junction → Unnikrishnan Junction → Doddaballapura Main Road → Right at Nagenahalli Gate → Harohalli → Gantiganahalli Circle.
For Vehicles Coming from Bengaluru South towards Domestic Parking:
