44-Year-Old Bengaluru Woman Files Complaint Against Neighbors For Open-Window Sex Act
A bizarre incident has surfaced in Bengaluru, where a 44-year-old homemaker filed a police complaint against her newlywed neighbors, accusing them of engaging in a sex act with their bedroom window open.
The altercation between neighbors in Avalahalli, Girinagar, in south Bengaluru, took an unexpected turn when the landlord's wife of the newlyweds lodged a counter-complaint. She alleged that the homemaker's family was intentionally instigating fights with her tenants over trivial matters to force them to vacate the house, as reported by TOI.

After the case became public, both parties visited the Girinagar police station and expressed a desire to resolve the matter. However, the police informed them that since FIRs were registered for both complaints, they would need to seek resolution through the court.
On March 8, the homemaker filed an FIR, stating that she had opened her main door around 10:30 pm the previous night and witnessed the tenant couple engaging in a sex act.
"It was disgusting. I told them to shut the window and do whatever they wanted. The couple abused me and issued dire threats to rape and kill me," she said, as quoted by TOI.
In response to the FIR, the landlord's wife filed a counter-complaint on March 10, accusing the homemaker and her family of deliberately provoking disputes with their tenants.
All parties involved in the case, including the newlywed couple, their landlord, the homemaker, and her husband, have been booked under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in connection with the matter.
